We want you to love your purchase from The Sugarplum Palace! Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Preorders & Cancellations

The Designer Doorway is currently available for preorder, with an expected shipping date of November 13, 2026. Full payment is collected at checkout.

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order ships by by emailing thesugarplumpalace@gmail.com with your name and order number.

If we are unable to ship your order by the expected shipping date, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and include all components and hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging or equally protective packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please email thesugarplumpalace@gmail.com before shipping a return so we can provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund, including applicable shipping costs, in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
